Forever and a Day

Wow I the worlds worst blogger or just a super busy mom that was without a homecomputer for way too long. I just got my first Mac and am learning how to use it and having fun! So hopefully now I will be able to blog more frequently. The boys are doing amazing Kylan turns 10 (eek double digits) on Wednesday. He is excelling in school and will start Baseball next week. Brayden will be 8 in April and will be Baptized on his birthday. He is very excited about this. He is finishing his soccer league with a tournament next week and has already started Tackle Football practices. We are always busy with his sports, thanks to Chuck! Cooper is 3 and our crazy child. He and Blake have fun at grandma's during the day while I am at work. Cooper has been working on his screaming and temper tantrums and is trying to do better. He is a work in progress. Blake is our lil angel. He is so sweet, he is 19 month now. He is copying Cooper a little lately but we are trying to steer him the other way, I don't think we could handle another screamer. So that is a little insight into our life as of late. Chuck and I are both working Full time at USAA. Welove the company, we have been very blessed. I still hope to be able to stay home with our 4 boyssoon but for now I am thankful my mom can watch them!

Well he is finally here! Well I am finally posting about his arrival.

We had a great delivery!! I facebooked the whole process, it was awesome that I had no pain and the experience was so uplifting. We had two names finally picked that morning and decided if he was dark it would be Blake, he came out with dark hair and tan and so that is his name. If you know my husband well you know why we chose Sanders as a middle name. (Barry Sanders - Detroit Lions player~ my hubbys hero). I could also claim it is after my mom ~Sandy or my Dad ~Anderson.

He is so tiny, even though he was my biggest baby at birth. We all adore him, especially Cooper!!

My blog has been on the very back burner. I rarely have time to sit and relax let alone sit on the computer and upload photos and share my thoughts. Now with school finally out I may have a few more moments to do this but I am not promising anything!! We have been up to a lot this spring! Lots of birthdays and sports games, every Saturday has been a busy family event, lots of good food though!!! And we finally got to enjoy our pool!!! Our 8 year old Kylan was Baptized in March, I still can't believe we have an eight year old, he was very excited about this and we are so proud of him!! He is really excited about Scouts now! Our second son has now graduated Kindergarten, WOW!! He has become the class clown which we are not sure what to think of this but we hope it is just a phase. Cooper our 18 month old is becoming a toddler!! He has come into his additude and loves to keep us on our toes, he is so dang cute!! I still can't believe we are having another boy in less than 2 months. We already live in a life of chaos, I guess one more couldn't hurt!! We are really excited about this little guy joining our family and we can't wait to finally choose a name! Chuck and I are working hard, not enjoying that but maybe one day we will be able to relax and enjoy the fruits of our labors!!!
I am trying to put together a slide show to show our latest expierences,it may take me a while since I don't have a lot of time, once I am caught up I will try to do some normal little posts, I hope!!!

So Baby Boy # 4!!!

Well I think most of the world knows we are having another boy!!!

I guess the only way we will be having a girl is if we adopted, and we are very done so, I will be patiently waiting for great daughter- in- laws and sweet granddaughters.

So 4 BOYS!!!!

We have already seen a lot of this little guy. He is not shy to show off his boy parts but has been very shy to show his face. I went to the perinatoligist on Thursday, he has a CPC (choriod Plexus Cyst) on his right side of his brain so we are keeping an eye on this and making sure he has no other signs of abnormalities. He is perfect and only has the one cpc, so no worries and that should clear up before I give birth. Oh and they tell me he is breech so I am a little nervous about that, but hopefully he will turn around real soon!!!

We still have no name for him. Everything I like Chuck doesn't and everything he likes I don't really like so we are having a hard time. I wonder if that is why this little guy is hiding, he needs a name!! Suggestions anyone? Oh and Barry Sanders and Charles III are not options!

New Job

I have been so busy starting my new job, I have neglegted my blog obviously!!
Well I really do like my new job. Even though I would not suggest to anyone to start a new job when you are 5 months pregnant with 3 kids, it has been a very easy transition. My kids have been so easy going. I swear it's like they are not even phased by this. Cooper, although he runs to me when I get home and gives me big hugs and kisses, could care less about me being gone. My mom is watching my kids so I have peace of mind and know they are fine. My house is kinda on the back burner. Just being pregnant makes me tired adding a 40 hour a week job in there and I am exhausted so I could really use a housekeeper. Although I will only get Chuck who well is tired too so we will just have to manage.

Well so I think everyone knows we have moved. For me it was bittersweet. I really did like NC, but I am so glad we are back in AZ. I am enjoying being around all the family and friends. We recently found a really great home in Surprise! I am loving it! We are finally in our own space again! I am so not done unpacking and decorating but we are in and our beds and TVs are up!

I think we all got what we wanted!! It was fun waking up at my mom's with the whole family! We haven't done that with my family ever!!

More Holiday Fun
Right before Christmas all eight of my siblings were able to meet up. We haven't all been together in over 4 years. It was awesome, although it wasn't for very long. I hope we can all get together more often in the future!

The Ugly Sweatshirt Party
Chuck and I were invited to the ugliest Christmas sweatshirt party his good friend was hosting. It was alot of fun. Chuck actually ended up winning for the guys. It was so funny!! Good Times definitely!! Oh and in the last pic he is standing next to the picture he painted for his friends wedding. It was his first one and it was awesome...he is very talented!!

Thanksgiving
Yeah it looks pretty shabby but we literally found out Thanksgiving week we were moving back to AZ, and had to be packed up and in AZ in 10 days time. So we had a modest dinner, just us! it was actually kinda nice!!

Chuck's 30th Birthday (November 20th)
I know with that baby face he really can't be more than 20, right!
I think he enjoyed his birthday, I would have loved to have a great surprise b-day with all his friends but that just wasn't happening. But the kids and I had alot of jokes and silly stuff up our sleeves. The kids sure enjoyed Dad turning 30!

Ok so I really can't handle any more blogging tonight. I am so exhausted from this huge post. Well I hope I caught you up a little in our crazy life! I know there was alot of little things I didn't get to mention but wow, I really can't believe I just sat here and did all this!!! I am so glad to be back to somewhat normalcy!

Well I was going to wait to post when I had some pics but I can't find my usb cord for my camera so oh well.
Well I think everyone knows we have made it home to AZ. It was such a whirlwind move for us. We literally only had a week of knowing we were for sure moving, before Chuck had to be here to start his new job. It was that fast. In his line of work you don't put in a two week notice and the new job wanted him right away. They even hired him without a face to face interview, Chuck is amazing that way, and when he got here he was even more liked. For a brief second we were scared a little because the branch he was supposed to get fell through, but luckily because the already like him so much they gave him a even more awesome branch opportunity. We are very blessed so far. I still have no job, but there is just way too much going on. I did get the kids into school, we are staying with my mom for a month or so and it was a little difficult getting them into school but I did it!
Oh and so Christmas is like what 2 days away...I have nothing ready. It has been really hard for us to do any shopping and we had decided to wait till we got here so my kids wouldn't see anything on our trip here, there was no way to hide it in the car. So I am going a little crazy, I even have to get stockings because ours are in storage for the month. I am although very thankful to be with my family for Christmas, it has been a couple of years since I had spent a holiday with them so it shall be great!
Well after Christmas we are focusing our attention on finding our own place. If you know of any great places for lease in Surprise let us know, we are getting a little desperate.
Just teasing Mom, I love staying with you and appreciate all your help!!

Looks like we will be making the BIG Move to AZ next week.
Chuck got an offer with a company and they want him to start like ASAP. So we are gonna start packing this weekend for Thanksgiving. I am a little crazed and don't know where to start. It's like we wanted this for so long and now that it is happening I am just at a stand still. I just want to close my eyes and when I open them everything will be packed and on its way.

We visited Chuck's Uncle at the festival in Charlotte, NC last weekend. It was a fast trip and we had a lot of fun playing around. We did get a little lost on the way home but it made it fun for me and Chuck. We have to go through all these little old towns. And it was so dark!!

Oh dear I have been Tagged for the first time. Thanks so much Lori . I have been so busy I forgot and I really can't think of much so here goes.

1. I love to wear colorful socks. I started this in highschool I think and I even got Chuck doing it.

2. I sing random songs in the shower, even primary songs.

3. Oh another thing I do in the shower is Think, think about everything and anything. I sure do wish I had a pen and a pad of paper in there. I would have a full journal and great blog posts.

4. Ok I totally "car dance". It was really bad in highschool. If you know Lindie ask her she's seen the best and worst of it!!

5. The first B-day after Chuck and I met he bought me N'SYNC tickets. Seriously we went to the concert together and it was one of our favorite groups for a while. Ya we really are that dorky!

6. Ok I have a bad habit of throwing Chuck under the bus. He just got mad about that last fact. Oops! Sorry hun I just can't help it.

7. I watch a ton of reality TV!! Chuck calls me a couch potato. I was kinda bummed when I found out The Hills was not a "real" show. I seriously thought it was till last season.

Dealing with the Red EYE

Yesterday Brayden's teacher called me at 10 till 9am. He has a swollen pink eye. He told her someone punched him but when she asked who he said I am just lying. So I have to get up and yes I was till in bed (duh I work nights and yes my hubby will get the kids off to school). I get down there and it is wow swollen and red. Good thing I called the dr before I left and made an appt. So we went home put all the sheets in the wash and lysoled everything down. Then off to the dr. We have such a great dr. He checked for any abrasions with dye and a black light, which Brayden thought was so cool, none so Yep Pink EYE. ewwwwe!! So I call the dentist cause of course this happens to be the day we have cleanings and reschedule. I call Chuck and let him know he better get home after his meeting asap( yeah he just happens to be out of town for a meeting). Then I head over to the pharmacy (it is in the hospital, such a pain to go there. ) Well they don't have it yet. So I called the dr and they called call them again. So I am waiting 30 mins with two crazy boys, finally the meds. We drive home and of course he fights me to put in the drops. Jeez kid i have to get you healthy so you can go to school and we can go to the gym.

Well we are home today. And his eye is looking better. It has been fun having him home, he definately keeps Cooper happy and busy!!!

Oh and we can't call it pinkeye we have to call it REDeye or Brayden freaks out. Boys!!

AZ here we come!!
Ok we are not moving there yet but we get to come visit.
We will be coming out the first week of November. Chuck is in his buddies wedding on Cooper's first birthday!!
So we have to come out and celebrate. Since the wedding is on Coop's real day we are gonna have his party on that Sunday. Please come and celebrate with us.We will be out there for the week and we actually got a rental car so we would love to meet up with anyone who would like to visit with us. We will be a little busy with the wedding on the weekend but other than that we will be free. Oh and I hope we get to go to my brother's football game on Friday night. We love to see high school football and we miss getting to enjoy someone we know play! Plus I hear Dysart Football is getting pretty awesome!!
I just had to blog about this cause I am so excited, the countdown is on.

Our Attempt at a Family Photo

Last Sunday we were in Charleston, SC for our niece Cecily's baptism. So I thought what a great time to get a family photo since we were all dressed up and my FIL usually takes a great photo. Well like I said it was only an attempt Cooper refused to look up and Brayden had meltdown after meltdown... nuff said.

Out with the Old, In with the New

Wow it's been over a week since I have blogged. I guess I am letting life catch up with me again. Well the boys are doing great in school. We got their midterm reports and they have excelled. We are are not surprised with Kylan cause he has always loved school...his teacher says he is a great young man and a joy in her class. But Brayden who usually is not worried about learning (has his mind on sports 24/7) has had such great days!! Everyday he gets off the bus and says "I'm on blue mom!" He has made a lot of friends and has told us all the girls love him. I don't know what to think about that one but we are glad he is loving school. I am so proud of them!!

Cooper of course is keeping me so very busy...he is just a healthy, energetic, growing 10 month old.

Well today was one of the busiest days Saturday's we have had in a while.
The boys had their Meet the Coach meetings for Flag Football this morning. We were at the YMCA for over an hour.
Kylan will be on the Falcons(7-9) & Brayden will be on the Chargers(5-6).
We are excited for this years football season, the YMCA cleaned out the bad seeds and everyone seemed very respectful and supportive. ( Last year Kylan had a crazy coach- negative and a have to win, argue with the refs and coaches/parents type a guy.) We are so glad we did not see him there and happy about the new rules!!

We also had both end of the Soccer season games. And had trophy parties at two different Cici's Pizza places. Brayden won his game and scored two goals today! He got a trophy and goody bag for his great effort this season in soccer.

Then we raced over to Kylan's game. Kylan's team lost today, Brayden played with them again and they played really good. They showed such growth, great passing and blocking, dribbling. We are really proud of both of them. We ended up going to another Cici's after this game for Trophy's and Kylan got his trophy and they gave Brayden one to for being the honorary team member on there team, he was so excited. He really deserved it. He not only practiced with them every week but helped them win each week too.

Oh and did you all see, Michigan (GO BLUE) won today!! Yay!! Cooper and I wore our Blue and Gold today!! It was a great game!! Go Blue!!

Cooper is 10 months old today!!

He is getting so big!

He is all over the place. He crawls fast and holds on to the furniture and walks around it.

He can even stand for a few seconds on his own.

He is driving me crazy with the electronics. He tries to get behind the T.V. and use the DVD player. He wants to play Wii with us. And he loves the computer!

He just had his 3rd tooth bust through. 1st one on the top!! So cute!

Oh and his favorite words are Hi Momma. ball. Hi. mom. Brayden. dada

Well he tries to say them. Pretty good at Hi and momma. He also has been humming like Brayden used to. That always melted my heart.

He loves to play with his big brothers.

Oh his hair is getting a little longer. You just can't see it in pics. It is so light!!

His favorite foods are pizza, pasta, watermellon, fishes, puffs, yogurt, mommy's milk!

I can't wait for his birthday!! This year is going by really fast!!

I Feel Accomplished Today!!

So I was gonna make a Stouffer's lasanga for dinner but I bought it from Sam's and it was the big one and would take two hours to cook, which I didn't know till I was in a hurry to make dinner. So I go through my cupboards and fridge to see what I could make super fast. I looked on the back of my cans of soup and walah I found something quick and easy. I changed just about half the ingredients and added a few of my own. Then I put some croisants in the oven. My boys come in the kitchen and say "what is that, it smells bad". You know those kinds of comments that as a mother I hear everyday. So I just put a little on their plates. and we pray and start eating and they are....LOVING IT!! Kylan was like "mom you should be a chef on TV. You could be on Take Home Chef with that guy and you could be the new girl and make this." Brayden said" ya it's so good. I love it!" Cooper is all "mmmnnnummmnnumm" you now the good noises babies make when they love what they are eating. They made me feel so good and like finally I have made something everyone likes!! Chuck wasn't saying much. So I was like did you like it? He said well I did get seconds. I wondered if maybe he was a bit jealous cause he is usually our Take Home Chef and tries new recipes, and here I go and just make some simple dish that turns into something the boys and myself will never forget!!

1st day of School

The boys had their first day of school today!! Kylan is going into 2nd grade and Brayden is starting Kindergarten!! They were both really excited, for different reasons. Kylan loves school and was ready to start a new school for 2nd grade. He is going to have Spanish this year. Brayden was a little nervous...all weekend he said "Mom can't I stay home with you forever?". Then I told him about P.E. and that he would have it every Monday and he was hooked. He even dressed for P.E. today. I walked Kylan over (school is right across the street) and helped him put his supplies away and then kissed him goodbye and wished him well! Then Chuck, Coop and I all took Brayden over to Kindergarten. He practically ran to his room. He made some nervous bable but gave me a hug and kiss and said Bye. I have to admit I was a little teary eyed walking away from his class. Even now as I type I am tearing. I know he is ready and will be fine but I will sure miss him being my little baby, even though he hasn't been the 'baby' for a while now. Well they both came home and said they had fabulous days and are excited to go again. Like they have a choice!! Oh Brayden talked about some kids at lunch talking about some bad or sad things at lunch...he didn't say what but it bothered him so I told him just to ignore them if it wasn't nice.

Pajama's In The Oven

So I went to put some taquitos in the oven for lunch. I turned on the oven on preheat 400. I didn't even look in the oven. As I was waiting for the oven to warm up I was feeding Cooper and not really paying attention but my oldest says "mom what is that smell?" I was like oh sometimes food falls on the bottom of the stove and smells. We talk for a few, but he again mentions the smell. So I looked over and saw some smoke coming out of the oven. I opened the door real quick and low and behold a pair of Pajama bottoms are in the oven. Luckily they were not on fire but were blackened and smoking. I looked to see what size they were and of course were my 5 year olds new superman bottoms. So I ask Brayden if he did it! He says "no I didn't" with a smile. We sent him to his room then talked to him about how scary that could have been. He said " Ok I won't do it again". We were lucky but I was a little shaken up! I have a real fear of fire and am so glad my 7 year olds nose was working today!! Well we know I will always look in the oven before preheating from now on!!

Fall Soccer

Kylan and Brayden started fall soccer games today!!

Kylan's team is 7-9year olds and he is the Lime team. His team won 6-0 today. And Kylan made the last goal!!! He is so excited!

Brayden's team is 5 & 6 year olds and are the Sharkbites (suppose to be burgandy but is pink) team. His team won 11-0 today! He is still one of the best players again!!

And well we can't leave Cooper out!! He has a new hiding spot. He loves to go under the kitchen table and stand and jump. He is so dang cute!! We love his cute little personality!! He is defineatly a keeper!! Please excuse the messy shirt...he loves his pizza!!

Yep that's right Cooper is 9 months. Time really flies. He has changed quite a bit. My good little snuggly baby is now an independent little stinker.

He doesn't want to be held.

He has to be in the middle of everything.

He is everywhere and into everything.

He crawls super fast and can climb stairs(scary).

He can say Hi and is trying to wave and give 5's.

Pulls up and stands holding with 1 hand.

He is in 6-9 & 12 month clothes.

He likes to play with his big brothers (and sometimes they like to play with him too!)

He has two teeth on the bottom and will eat most anything except baby food...he doesn't like it yuck!!

He had his 9 mo check up on Thursday! He weighs 20lbs 5oz and is 28 1/2 inches. That is 50% for both.

Our Michigan Reunion

We had an amazing time in Michigan. Chuck took us back to his hometown for his family reunion. I had never been to Michigan or met any of his extended family on the Konopaski/Bongiovanni side. We fit right in!! We drove Thursday 12 hours and stayed with his cousin Sarah and her family in Northville. That was so much fun staying with them. On Friday we hung out with them and they invited us to the Tiger game. We had Suite tickets (perfect for the kids). Although the Tigers lost (boo hoo) we had a fun time and got some Tiger's gear and Chuck finally got to see a game at Comerica Park and cheer with the home team. YAY!! On Saturday we headed to the park for the Bongiovanni Reunion. It was so nice meeting all the family. All the cousins are so nice. We had a great time eating and playing. Oh at the end a huge storm came through. We all who were still there probably like 50 people huddled together under the ramada while it downpoured and blew wind and lightning for like 20 mins. It was scary yet amazing all at the same time. Then everyone was still wanting to visit so we headed over to Chuck's Uncle Mike's home. He has 16 acres and a ton of animals. The kids had so much fun playing with the animals and exploring. I wish we had some land like that..the kids would never be bored. Brayden got to ride on the horse...we didn't get a picture because while he was on the horse Kylan and one of the teen cousins had an acident on the tire swing. The rope broke on the swing and they both fell off the tire. Kylan hurt his head and privates but he was ok within 30 mins and back to playing around. He still has a bruise on his leg but he is ok!! It then started storming again out there and we sat around in blankets and visited. Then Sunday we had breakfast with Aunt Dolly and the Grandparents and then us mom's took the kids to make cars at the mall, while Chuck and most of the adults played golf. By the way Chuck's team came in last...he got tissues and bandaids for the last place award. And then Sunday night we headed over to Cousin Cindy's to keep the Reunion going. It was so nice to visit and learn about Chuck's family.

If we could we would move there. Northville is a beautiful place and chuck would love to have tickets to all the sports venues.

On Monday we headed home but we had to hit the Detroit Lion's Training Facility in Allen Park and watch the Lions practice. That was too cool!! The boys got some autographs and Chuck got to meet the Coach and sit with the home team again. He really loves his Detroit teams!!

We had a great trip home. 12 hours again...but the boys were great and the scenery was beautiful. I have now been through West Virginia and Ohio. I really love the East Coast!!

We got two Teeth & Big Blue Eyes

So Cooper now has two teeth. See them on the bottom!! He is excited about those and has already started to use them. I think he is getting his top two real soon too!! He also has two clear blue eyes!! Yay the clogged tear duct is gone for good! For those of you who didn't know, Cooper had a clogged tear duct since birth. He had it in both eyes at first and then just one and then it went away for a day or two then it came back. But now at 8 months old it has cleared up and I am more than ecstatic because I don't have to wipe his eye out 8 million times a day and explain to every person he meets that no he doesn't have pink eye and you will not get sick!!! I also can now get professional photos of him!

So he is a perfect little baby now!! Well he is becoming quite the big baby!!!

We are back and oh so tired. It was a fast paced trip and we never get to do exactly what we planned. But most important the boys had a great time and didn't want to come home. They want to move back to AZ like yesterday but i don't see us moving anytime soon. Cooper had a lot of firsts while we were there. He got his first tooth!! And it is so cute. I think like three more are about to pop through anytime. He also has started to pull up on everything. ( I think he will be walking before we know it!) I actually had a dream he was walking last night. Anyway he also said his first words. He now says Mama or mom and Dada. I can't believe we go to AZ and he does all these things in the week we are there. Crazy!! Well I am too tired to upload my photos today so I will have to do it tommorrow. So pics to come!! We swam and swam and swam while there and I can't even believe how many times we drove to the airport. Thanks Mom for driving us everywhere.

Cooper is 8 months and Crawling

Well Cooper turned 8 months on Tuesday!! And he started crawling on Monday!! Well he could get around a little before but he is full on crawling now...not good for me. He is into everything. The boys are getting a little annoyed with me telling them to put up things they never had to do before. But Cooper will put anything in his mouth now. Its crazy how one day the just start doing this. I was not looking foreward to this stage. But Cooper is so dang cute!! I took the boys to the Durham Life and Scince museum on Wednesday, it was alot of fun. Cooper enjoyed it too. Here are some pics from there.

Back from EJ Myrtle Beach Trip

Wow that trip went by so fast. We must have been having way too much fun!! Chuck's company sure does know how to show their employees a good time. We stayed at the Hilton (Kingston Plantation) and it was so beautiful. There were 18 pools for us to play in as well as the beach(our favorite)!! One of the pools was a little waterpark, with a lazy pool and some waterslides. The boys and myself really liked it. I had pictures there but our magnetic name tags erased the first two days of pics I had off my camera when I put them in the same bag oops!! They also fed us so well. We even had a dinner at Dolly Parton's Dixie Stampede. (The night my camera's pics got erased, so no pics there). It was a great dinner/show!! Our side won (the North) and our boys went crazy. If you've ever eaten there you know what I am talking about, if you haven't you need to go, it is a fun family place. There were alot of boys for the kids to play with this year so that was great for us...as in we didn't have to do too much entertaining.

We found out Cooper loves sand...he loved the beach! I dug a hole in the sand and put him in and put a bucket full of water in front of him and he played and played and ate and ate sand!! It was so cute! We got to hit up the Tanger outlets and I made it to the Old Navy $1 flip flop sale. So I got one of every color in my size. Yay I love flops. Sat. Night was amazing. We had an awards dinner at the top of the Hotel overlooking the beach. It was so nice!

Chuck won his first award!! He has done so well this year and I am so proud of him!

We packed up this morning and had a great drive home...the boys were good this whole weekend and we are so glad we got to spend a great business/family trip with dad!!

Gosh it has been awhile again. I thought it might slow down a little for the Summer but boy was I wrong. The boys are both out of school now and we just finished a week of Soccer Camp. Boy was that fun. The boys learned some new soccer skills and got to run around and get tired and give mom a couple of hours to do some errands or cleaning (ya right, I still had Cooper)! I of course forgot my camera to show of their soccer fun.
We have finally started our Playgroup back up. We will be going to a lot of fun place in the surrounding areas. I get to plan the Zoo trip. (our Zoo is about 2 hours away :( ) So that should be fun! Along with all our Summer Trips!! I think we have about 4 major ones: Myrtle Beach, New York City, AZ, Michigan. We really are crazy, especially with gas prices but you only live once and I always loved taking family trips plus we don't know how much longer we will be on the East Coast and want to see as much as we can before we leave.

Yesterday we got free tickets to the Fayetteville Guard game. (Arena football, yeah we have no Pro teams nearby, sucks for us!) That was pretty cool but they had a mascot so we had to leave a little early...Brayden did ok but we didn't want to be mean parents. I really wonder if he should be in therapy for that. Anyway...Here is a pic of the guys at the game!

Cooper is getting so big!! He was 18lbs 12oz at his last checkup. And the best news was is ears are free and clear no infection and no water in them I was so relieved. I am so done with those, now we just need to get rid of the clogged tear duct. Aren't they so cute!?!

It might be a week before I am on again. We are getting ready for our Beach trip this week. We can't wait!! Myrtle Beach here we come!!! I will definately post pics as soon as I can!!

Last week my SIL had a sweet baby girl. They named her Cecily Lynn. She was 8lbs 6oz & 21.5 in. She is so adorable and perfect. I rushed down to Charleston just to hold that sweet girl!! Any one who knows me knows I have a sweet tooth for girls. Anyone surrounded with boys must!! I just love her and am so happy to have a new niece!! Welcome Cecily!!

Kylan's class had a splash day last Thursday!! His teacher invited me and both boys to join in the fun. Brayden was so excited he got to hang out with Kylan's class!! But boy was it a hot day!! Me and Cooper hung out in the shade! We had a great time!!

We let the boys take a bath the other night. We usually make them take a shower, but we had a few minutes and I tried to put Cooper in with them but he kinda freaked out. So no cute pics!!

It's Play-off time and tonight we have two games... Detroit RedWings(Hockey) and Detroit Pistons(Basketball). RedWings are in the Finals and Pistons are in the Eastern Conference Finals tonight. Both in Detroit. And both are on at 8pm ET. How are we going to watch both!?! Ok we have screen in screen on our TV but WOW.

One of Chuck's best friends Louie came to visit us this week. He brought his mom and sister with him from New York. We had such a great time. We had a mini b-day party for Louie on Monday...the boys were so excited. Then on Tuesday we ventured to Myrtle Beach for the day. It was so much fun. It was really windy and the sand was pelting us. But it was nice and warm and we enjoyed the fresh air. Oh and we had to bring back a ton of Fireworks from South Carolina (they are legal there). It was so nice to visit and the boys love their Uncle Louie so they had fun playing and showing off. Wednesday we played around in town and they had to leave that night. It was a great time and I can't wait to see them again this Summer when we go back to NY for 4th of July. Oh and Lou better have the best dang fireworks display ever cause my car was packed with them.

So I have like a weeks worth of photos and fun times to post again. We are always so busy..it really rarely ends for us.
Last weekend we had fun hanging out with Chuck's family. We went to Greenville, SC to visit with his parents and Grandparents. It was the first time his grandparents got to meet Cooper. He loved them!! It was a great time!! We always love to visit with family!

Also I have some cute photos of the boys from last week. They love to use the camera by themselves and take random pics of each other and Cooper. Here are a few:

They got their old Jeep out but the battery is dead...Cooper is so cute he lets them do anything with him. Oh and he loves the fans... he was born in the winter so he is just now learning all about those. We just have fun with him all the time.

Happy Mother's day to all my family and friends out there!!

This is what Chuck made me for Mother's Day!!
Here we are eating it all up yummy, ignore the mess in the background(we fed the kids lunchables while we ate the good stuff) and we always have boxes piled up in our dining room!

So, I am behind on my blog again. What's new!!
We had a fun week this last week. Brayden had a fun fieldtrip to the Cape Fear Botanical Gardens, Cooper and I got to go we saw alot of interesting nature stuff and Brayden and his class presented the parents with their ABC books. The boys made lots of cute Mother's day gifts for me. Cooper turned 6 months this Thursday. I am so excited for his new milestones. He is growing so much. He makes alot more noises and he playes with all his toys, he really interacts with us. The boys are having alot of fun with him (they were wrestling on the floor just now and Cooper wanted to get down and wrestle with them.) I am excited for tommorrow when he goes for his 6 month Dr appt. I wonder how much he weighs. My shoulder and back have been really sore as of late and so I think he has gained some weight...my big boy!! He is drinking water from a cup and still trying to like food (not really digging the baby food yet). We had a barbeque with some friends on Friday. Chuck made his famous Olive Garden Salad. We all had a great time but of course I got eaten alive by like 5 mosquitos. (I already had a huge fire ant bite on my arm.) I have these huge bug bites on my arm and leg (HUGE). Why do they like me so much!?!
Anyway we had a pretty 'lax weekend and I am so Thankful for Mother's Day! I was treated like a Princess today by my 4 boys. Ain't I lucky!!
Oh I almost forgot...So Kylan yesterday came in and had a huge red mark on his face it was all swollen. Chuck and I were like OMG what happened. Kylan was like "what!?!" nothing happened. I said "wow that looks like a bug bite, did you get bit outside...maybe a bee". "No" he says. Chuck said "Kylan tell the truth what happened". Kylan was all "nothing nothing
happened". He looked scared and like he might cry. Finally he said, "Ok ok I was on my bike and I hit a car". I said "What oh gosh did you get hit by a car? Are you ok?" He said "No I hit a car when I fell off my bike. The car was parked and I fell and hit my head on the side of the car." WOW!!! He was so embarresed to tell us. We iced him up and he was fine. How scary for him but after the fact I thought it was kind of funny!!

Our New York City Adventure

OK so we left at 4 am on Thursday morning, and let me tell you it was the best thing to leave while the children were asleep, Cooper never made a peep the whole 10 hour trip. We got there around 2pm. So even with three 20 minute stops to feed baby and gas up we still made it 10 hours. And the trip was so beautiful and easygoing. We will be going a few more times this year for sure. I love the New Jersey turnpike. They have these rest stops in the middle of the interstates and they have restaurants and gas stations with the rest stops. It is pure genius!! Anyway so we get to Long Island at 2ish and we got settled and left for the Train to the Bronx's at 4:40ish for the Yankee vs Tigers game. It was a little rainy and getting cold, so I left Cooper with our friends and he did great (I was a little nervous leaving him for so long) we met Louie in the city at Rockefeller Plaza and took the Subway into the Bronx. It was so crowded, rush hour and all the Yankee and Tiger fans. My boys were decked out in Yankees gear. They were so cute but Chuck is bitter over them not liking the Tigers. The game was amazing...it rained the whole game, but we had the best seats, lower level under the awning over third base. Plus the Tigers swept the Yankees. It was so awesome. And it is the last year for Yankees old Stadium, just a really great experience. Oh Kylan actually fell asleep during the middle of the game, but Braydo was so into the game it was too cute. It was funny, every time Chuck would take the kids decked out in their Yankees to the bathroom fans would yell at him , ya your kids know whats up. (Chuck was decked out in Tigers stuff). It was great!!Friday we went into the City it was so faced paced this time I guess because it was a Friday and people were in the city for work and such but since we had been down there before we just did exactly what we came for, Macy's was amazing, I have never seen a bigger dept store. Oh and I loved the Hard Rock Cafe! Canal street where I usually get my amazing Knock off bags is full of Cops now so instead it worked out that I got to go to this great bag party and got some great Coach bags and some Channel glasses. Saturday we stayed in Long Island and the boys got their Wii their Uncle Lou had been promising them. We also had a birthday party for Louie's father Dennis. The boys really enjoyed that. Then Sunday we left for home. On the way home Chuck and I discussed moving out to Jersey and commuting to the City because we love it so much. I don't know if it would ever happen but a possibility. Well here are a few pics of our fun trip!!!

Yep, I made it to 28!!
I had a fun little birthday today. I woke up to flowers and cards. Kylan let everyone know at church it was my birthday and they sang to me in Primary, then we went to Olive Garden for lunch, and we came home and my boys sang Happy Birthday to me and we ate up that yummy Ice cream cake. Cooper must really want some of that cake...look ate him go for it while I blow out my candles. It's funny but as I get older I don't get as excited about my birthday, but my kids surely would never let me forget it and they tell everyone how old I am!!

Kylan's 1st grade Musical Program

The 1st grade classes did a musical presentation of America A Growing Nation. Kylan was chosen for a duet part on the Follow the Drinking Gourd song. He did a great job. I got a little video of it. He is the one with the red collar and has his hands in his pockets. He cannot keep still. He loves to sing and we are very proud of him.

Wow I have seriously never been this busy in my life. I feel like there is never a dull moment. When do we get time as parents to just sit and relax anymore!?!

Anywho... Two special boys had some birthdays in the last two months.

KYLAN'S BIRTHDAY
Kylan turned 7 and had a birthday party in AZ, but he also had a party here in NC with his friends and cousins. We held it at the Health Plex where I work. It was so much fun. They got to play games in the Gym and swim in the Pool and of course eat cake and icecream and don't forget all the cool presents.

BRAYDEN'S BIRTHDAY
Then April 9th, Brayden turned 5 years old. Wow!! I can't believe he made it to 5. Kindergarten is just around the corner, then I will have two in school. YAH!! Well he had a birthday party at McDonalds with his PreK friends. And we also had some fun in Charleston, SC the next weekend at Chuck's sisters. The kids all got to play games at Frankies Fun Park. Brayden got alot of cool toys. We got him this cool basketball hoop and that's all he does in his free time, practice hoops. Oh and he caught up to Kylan with his $ and he thinks he is pretty rich!!

We have also had alot of fun with occer the last 2 months. The boys really enjoy soccer and are doing really well playing and practicing. Here are some cute photos I got of the boys after one of ther games and then some of their games.

CHRISSY'S BABY SHOWER
My sister-in-law will be having a baby in May and I was able to go to her shower last weekend. Well, me and Cooper went. He was the boy of the party...it was fun seeing all the little girl stuff she recieved. I can't wait for little Cecily to get here! I just love my little nieces!! That's the closest thing I have to girls. I am so happy for my SIL she has been trying to have this baby for 5 years now and not only is she getting a baby in few weeks but it is also a girl...and we could use some of those in this family!!!

We had a fun Easter day!! It was the first Easter spent without extended family so that was different but we had a great time doing our own little hunt and we had a big Eatser dinner with four families in the ward/neighborhood. Cooper's First Cereal

So Cooper has tried rice cereal and I think he likes it. He ate the whole thing the first time. The second time I made more but he only ate half and Chuck tried to feed him some Friday and he would not eat it, so who knows. He also had some homemade applesauce on Easter. He made some real silly faces at the applesauce but I think he liked that too.

Our Soccer Players

The boys started soccer last Saturday. They love soccer. Kylan is really enjoying it and is doing a great job this time. He is playing with the 7-9 year olds so again he is the younger of the bunch but he looks great out there. Brayden is, as usual, his good at all sports self. He has put in the same intensity as he always does with everything. He is on the 5-6year old group and it is his first time playing soccer, but you would never know it. Chuck heard some parents say wow he is really good. We are really proud of our boys!!!
On a side note: Because I work nights Chuck takes them to all their practices and we both go to games on Saturday(except I worked this Sat.) Chuck said to me he wonders if people think he is a single dad at soccer and I told him he is doing a great job at being Soccer Mom.

Cooper's 4 Month Stats

We took Cooper to the doctor today for his 4 month checkup. He did so good. He weighs a whoppin 15lbs 13.5 oz and is 25in long. Both are in the 75%. His head is measuring in the 50%. The doctor said he looked wonderful and that he was a very strong boy and too cute. We sure are proud of him. Oh and he said he could start on some cereal if I would like, so be looking for those photos soon!!!

We had a great visit in AZ. It was so much fun!! We Had a fun birthday party for Kylan and Sierra at Peter Piper Pizza. The kids played, played, played!! I really don't remember seeing Kylan or Brayden very much the whole visit. I got to see my favorite person Candace!! And I got my hair done finally. I really needed a new do. Chuck got to visit with his buddies too. We had a great time barbequeing with the crew. We house hunted a little bit, but not sure when we are coming back so we will see. We already miss everyone and can't wait to come back.

I had to work last night and we had done our valentines exchange earlier that day. I get home about 10:15 and this is what I saw as I walked into my room. So sweet. Now everyone get outta my bed!!

Cooper Is 3 Months Old Today

My little sweet boy is 3 months today!! He is so awesome! I love what a happy temperment he has. Even when he is sick like he is this week he is still all smiles and trying to talk to me. He brings us so much joy. The boys can't get enough of him. They wash their hands as soon as they get home so they can hold him. And he loves every minute of it. I love when I catch Brayden talking to him or trying to calm him...it is so sweet. And Kylan is just such a helper with everything. Daddy said Cooper is doing much better at night while I am at work. That makes me so happy!! I am just so pleased that having another baby has been a easy transition in our lives and has made our family so strong!!! Happy 3months to you little Cooper!!!

Last Wed. Summer and Madi arrived here and we had so much fun. I was so glad my sister had come to visit me and I couldn't wait to play with Madi. She is so smart and such a cutie pie. And even though she got sick she was still such a joy to be around. Brayden wrestled around with her and Kylan helped her and she loved the Baby Cooper. She actually tried to get in his seat with him and tried to cuddle him. On Friday me and Summer and all the kids went to pick up Dad and Kim. Everyone took a nap on the way there including Summer. The kids were really excited to see the grandparents. On Saturday we had a fun day in Charleston, SC. It was so beautiful and I just love all the history there. We visited the battery and walked market street and ended up at the Aquarium. The kids loved all the sea life...especially Madi and Grandma Kiki. Then we headed to Folly Beach. It was so beautiful, east coast beaches are so clean and quiet. It was pretty cold and a few of the kids fell asleep so we didn't stay long but we got some beautiful photos there. On Super Bowl Sunday, Cooper was blessed. I was so grateful my dad was able to come and bless my little baby...for the third time. It was a great blessing and I know Cooper will live up to all he was blessed with. Although Dad almost renamed Cooper to Conner...sure glad he didn't do that. We had a great time on Sunday visiting and barbequeing steak and chicken (it was so yummy) Good Job Chuck!!! Then it was time for Summer and Madi to leave. I wished that they didn't have to go so soon...I miss seeing them. On Monday we were back in the car and headed to Gaffney,SC a little town where my dad served his mission 30 some years ago. It was a great town...but they had torn down the mission house he stayed in. We got to see where he tracted and the Church building...pretty cool dad! After thar we stopped to say hi to Chuck's parents and then went and played around in downtown Greenville,SC. On the way home we drove through downtown Charlotte, NC. We were everywhere this visit. On Tuesday we chilled and then went to see some old Civil War sites. (there is so much history back east, i love it). Later that evening we drove Dad and Kim back to Raleigh so they could catch their flight early the next morning. What a weekend!!! I don't think I have drove around or seen that many places at one time...but it was so fun and worth it. I can't wait for them to come back and do it again. Thanks for coming Dad and Kim!!! It was a great time!!

Driving Stick

So yesterday Chuck decided I needed to learn how to drive the new Jeep. I was excited but scared. I have never even attempted to drive stick. So we piled the boys in and off we went to a big parking lot. I did ok there although starting is so difficult. I just can't seem to get in the rythym of letting the foot off the clutch and pressing the right amount of gas. Kylan kept saying he was scared and then said he was gonna be car sick. I think the scariest part was starting on a hill. It scares me so bad that I am going to roll into the back of another car. At one point I was at a stop sign and this guy pulls up behind me... of course I start having trouble and I can't get the car to go. He honks at me and I lose it. I was like I can't do this Chuck and I get out of the car and let him drive us home. But I calmed down and practiced some more. Then this morning he tells me I have to drive us to church in the Jeep. I was like Ok I will try. It was the best I had done so far and I drove on the busy streets too. When we got to church both boys told me I had done a great job!!! I hope I can keep it up... but I will need alot more practice. So if you see me on the road in the Jeep you might want to steer clear of me.

We actually got snow today! It started sticking around 5pm. The boys were so excited!! They wanted to make a snowman but they got too cold and wet too fast, and it started to get dark. Cooper liked the snow too...I even got excited!! Isn't it pretty!?!

Kylan has been asking if he can change Cooper's diapers for a while now, i just wasn't ready to show him how or have the patience. Well today I really needed to take a shower so I left Cooper in the boys room while I did and when I got out he was crying...so I told Kylan he could pick him up and he did but he says mom he is poopy so I go in there and I bring a diaper and wipes and told him he could change him. Kylan was excited but said mom I need you to help me so we did it together...(Cooper was dry). Well tonight Cooper really did have a poopy diaper and I asked Kylan to bring me the wipes and diaper, he said oh can I change him? I said sure go for it. I gave him two wipes and talked him through it. He did a great job!!! I now have another set of hands to change a diaper...Hallelujah!!! Way to go Kylan!

We Got Two New Cars!!

Yes that's right 2 new cars. I needed a bigger car because the Mazda5 was just too cramped and barely fit us and felt unsafe for the people in the back so I found this 2007 Chrysler Aspen online and feel in love. It seats 8 and feels very safe. Oh and its a Hemi...I have a Hemi. It has a dvd and all the bells and whistles...even tush warmers. It was used but still in excelent condition.

So I don't know where it all turned into Chuck getting a New Jeep because he just got one last year and it was fantastic and he loved it but he somehow sweet talked himself into a 2008 Jeep Wrangler 4door 4x4. It is almost exactly like his Red one but Green and he now has power doors and windows and tint. He got a stick shift though, which means I have to learn to drive stick...very scary thought!!Wish me Luck!!

Pistons Game

Chuck and I went to see the Pistons in Charlotte this weekend. It was so fun. We had really great seats. We even got to go down to the floor area and take pictures and stuff. The seats even came with a server who brought us drinks and we could order free food or go to the buffet at this upscale restaurant at the arena. We had our own flat screen TV at the table too. We had the best time...Cooper came with us and was a perfect baby, everyone was all over our little Cooper Troit. And of course Detroit won!!!!

I can't believe how fast the time is just flying by. My little baby is already 2 months old. And not so little anymore. He had his check up on Thursday and he weighs 12lbs 8 oz and is 22 3/4 inches short. His little cheeks are filling out and he is getting so chuby. He is also getting a little personality and loves to smile and talk to his mommy. I went back to work on New Years Day and daddy is watching all three boys in the evening and I guess Cooper is giving him a hard time. And the minute I get home Cooper is all smiles again. Sorry Hon, didn't you know you were getting another mommas boy!!!
